What happens if I need to change my roof shingles?
We will assess your roof before installation of solar panels and advise you if it needs to be replaced. Once panels are installed on rooftop, your shingles will be protected for an extended period.
(note: rooftop solar panels also help to reduce the cost of keeping your home cool in the summer months, acting as a barrier between the sun rays and your roof)
Is their a warranty on the panels?
Yes, there is a 25 year warranty on solar modules and inverters.
What if I want to sell my house once the panels are installed?
No problem! you can just transfer your contract to the new owner. (remember: the value of your home is now increased).
Will the panels produce energy in the winter months?
Yes, the panels produce all year round, although the amount of energy depends on the length of day light hours, and intensity of the sun.
